We cannot edit orders after they have been placed. If you need to make changes to your order we will have to cancel it and you can place your new order.
Online Payment
Customers who paid online orders and need to cancel the order, we’ll make the refund within 14 business days via instapay only ( bank account / mobile wallet ) and fees of purchase will be deducted.
Refunds
We accept refunds within 1 day only from receiving the order if the product in their original packaging , sealed and not used. We’ll send the cost of the refunded product via instapay after we receive it, shipping fees will be duplicated and deducted.
Exchanges
We make exchanges with no fees if you received the order defected or not as described ( descriptions of the product must be read carefully ) provided that we are notified on the same day of delivery, if you need to refund the defective product shipping fees will be duplicated and deducted.
Order Confirmation
After placing the order it will be confirmed via WhatsApp within 24 hours , If there is no response the order will be canceled.
Delivery
The delivery agent will make 3 attempts to deliver the order, If delivery is unsuccessful the order will be canceled. Postponing with the delivery agent is not allowed for more than one week.
Shipment
The company prohibits opening the shipment at the door in front of the delivery agent to ensure the safety , quality and sanitation of the product and the brand.
