Our Policy

  • if a customer cancels order or doesn’t receive their order they will be required to pay shipping fees for the order they cancelled and prepaid the new shipping fees via Instapay in their next purchase.
  • We cannot edit orders after they have been placed.
    If you need to make changes to your order we will have to cancel it and you can place your new order.
  • Customers who paid online orders and need to cancel the order, we’ll make the refund within 14 business days via instapay only ( bank account / mobile wallet ) and fees of purchase will be deducted.
  • We accept refunds within 1 day only from receiving the order if the product in their original packaging , sealed and not used.
    We’ll send the cost of the refunded product via instapay after we receive it, shipping fees will be duplicated and deducted.
  • We make exchanges with no fees if you received the order defected or not as described ( descriptions of the product must be read carefully ) provided that we are notified on the same day of delivery, if you need to refund the defective product shipping fees will be duplicated and deducted.
  • We blocks accounts when they have an order canceled before.
    if you have made only one canceled order we’ll ask you for prepaid fees through instapay
  • We didn’t deliver one mini product separately, orders to be shipped it must be above 300 EGP.
  • After placing the order it will be confirmed via WhatsApp within 24 hours , If there is no response the order will be canceled.
  • The delivery agent will make 3 attempts to deliver the order, If delivery is unsuccessful the order will be canceled.
    Postponing with the delivery agent is not allowed for more than one week.
